Steve Novodor is a National Champion Coach for the Junior Bulldogs. Prior to joining the Bulldogs, Coach Novodor spent numerous seasons in the Junior Bobcats/Wolf Pack organization, coaching at the Pee-Wee, Bantam, and Midget levels. In 2013 , Coach Novodor led his team to the USA Hockey U16 National Championship game, falling just short against the Chicago Mission and returned in and 2017 to bring home the championship.
Steve Novodor is one of the premier hockey coaches in the country. His knowledge, integrity, and passion for developing players is invaluable in elevating the Youth Hockey experience for all of our membership.”
In addition to his work at the youth hockey level, Coach Novodor also is an Assistant Coach at Loomis Chaffee Prep School, helping build the Pelicans into the powerhouse that they currently are. He also serves as a scout for the USHL Central Scouting, the only Tier 1 Junior Hockey League in the United States.

Jon Bellonio is a coach for the Junior Bulldogs Midget Progeam , serving as a coach of the U-16 Tier 1 Split Season team. Coach Bellonio comes to the TSH with extensive experience throughout prep, junior, and college hockey. From 2011-2014, Bellonio spent three years as an assistant coach at Wesleyan College. Prior to joining the Cardinals, Coach Bellonio spent time in the United States Hockey League as a coach for the Lincoln Stars. He also coached in the EJHL with the Philadelphia Revolution and began his career as an Assistant Coach at South Kent Prep School.

A native of Connecticut, Shawn has over 20 years of hockey experience and is a Level-4 USA Hockey coach. Shawn currently coaches the U18 National team for the Junior Bulldogs for the past two seasons and is seeking back to back to back trips to the USA Hockey National Championships. In addition to his coaching responsibilities Shawn is the New England Scout for the New Jersey Titans of the North American Hockey League. Shawn spent the previous three seasons with the Mid Fairfield Junior Rangers. During his time there, Shawn served as Head Coach for the U18 team as well as an Assistant Coach for the U16 team. Shawn’s teams qualified for the USA Hockey National Championships each season and in 2017 the U18 team won the Tier 1 USA Hockey National Championship. Over his 20 plus seasons of coaching Shawn has coached all levels including youth, high school, junior and college. In the past 5 season's Shawn has assisted with placing over 70 of his players into college and some of the top juniors programs in the country. Shawn currently works for the State of Connecticut and resides in Vernon, CT with his wife Amy and their daughter Mackenzie.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2018-19): Skated in 28 games, posting seven goals and nine assists for 16 points… netted a pair of opening goals in a 5-2 victory at Michigan (Oct. 6) … scored Vermont’s first goal at New Hampshire (Oct. 27) … assisted both of Vermont’s goals at Colorado College (Dec. 7) … scored a power-play goal in a 3-2 win against Sacred Heart (Jan. 4) … earned both a goal and an assist versus Merrimack (Jan. 26) … made Vermont’s only goal at Northeastern (Feb. 15) … finished the season with 79 shots and 12 blocks
FRESHMAN SEASON (2017-18): Skated in 35 of 37 games, leading the Catamounts' rookies with 10 goals and 10 assists for 20 points ... Made his collegiate debut against Colorado College (Oct. 7) ... Registered his first career point with an assist at No. 17 Quinnipiac (Oct. 14) ... Recorded his first point in Gutterson Fieldhouse with an assist against New Hampshire (Oct. 28) ... Netted his first career goal on the road at Northeastern (Nov. 17) ... Scored a goal at home against UConn (Nov. 21) ... Tied the game with a goal on the road at Dartmouth (Nov. 25) ... Tallied a season-high six shots on goal against Harvard (Dec. 30) ... Posted four points in a weekend series against UMass Lowell including a goal and two assist in a 6-3 win at home (Jan. 19 & 20) ... Added four points including assist on both of the game-winning goals in a series sweep over Merrimack (Jan. 26 & 27) ... Netted the game-winning goal at home over No. 8 Providence (Feb. 3) ... Recorded a goal and an assist in a 2-1 win at New Hampshire (Feb. 9) ... Buried the game-tying goal on the road at Boston University (Feb. 24) ... Finished the season with a third-best 79 shots on goal.
BEFORE VERMONT: Spent two seasons with the Youngstown Phantoms in the USHL, where he was a teammate of UVM forward Matt Alvaro during the 2015-16 campaign … Ranked second on the squad in scoring with 34 points during the 2016-17 season and led the team with 144 PIM … Spent three seasons at Loomis Chaffee School, totaling 94 points in 78 career games, including 21 goals as a senior ... Finished as the boy's all-time leader in goals and points ... Team won the 2015 Founders League Championship ... Named 2015 All-Founders League and All-New England ... Also played lacrosse at Loomis Chaffee ... Spent two seasons at Notre Dame High School (West Haven, Conn.) ... Team won the 2012 state title

- First in Atlantic Hockey in assists and second in points.
- Atlantic Hockey Defensive Player of the Week three times.
- Played in 33 games.
- First on team in assists with career high 28.
- Second on team in points with 33.
- Tallied five goals including two power-play goals and two game winning goals.
2018-19:
- Played in 35 games this season.
- Was named Atlantic Hockey Defensive Player of the Week on Dec. 11, 2018
- Third on team in assists with 15.
- Tallied four goals, 15 assists for 19 points.
- Racked up two goals at RIT on Dec. 7, 2018 to aid Pioneers 4-3 victory.
2017-18: Spent year in residence as a transfer from Vermont.
Prior to Sacred Heart: Transferred to Sacred Heart from University of Vermont where he skated in 51 contests in two seasons, tallying one goal and five assists for the Catamounts. In 2014-2015 he helped lead the Penticton Vees of the British Columbia Hockey League to the Fred Page Cup and the Western Canada Cup... Lee led the team with 34 assists... Attended Gunnery Prep for two seasons, he collected 35 points on seven goals and 28 assists in 54 games... Attended Hamden High School and was a second team All-State Selection in 2012.
